Conveniently the part where it says “in the CCAA proceeding “ is constantly left out of these cancel fantasy claims . In legalese, specific wording carries extra weight . There would be no reason to add the words “in the CCAA proceedings” if they just weren’t going to have any value at all and be cancelled. Really the truth is NONE OF US knows for certain what will happen (but it is looking pretty damn good ). It really doesn’t matter to me. I either make out well with my investment here or I have a tax loss to use against other gains naysayer warriors on other boards said I’d never see . $BIOA(q?)
