Oh ya uglypug I think you're spot on there! From the initial due diligence I did on EMA, it appears that they only just started this lawsuit action stuff on OTC Companies in Jan 2018 ok(found about 8 similar actions since then).

And since the over-whelming majority of OTC PubCo's are stuck in a perpetual R&D phase with broke CEO's powerless to defend blatantly frivolous and totally unsubstantiated actions initiated by select funders like EMA...I'm sure that EMA was already feeling quite emboldened by the fact that they had already gotten away with over converting 35M VYST shares...so in their foolish minds they probably felt that they could rush this bs action to a court house and somehow convince the judge to rush through the judgement they were trying to get and catch VYST completely unaware of their dirtball lawsuit action trick!

But the moment VYST's attorney made it to the court house on time I'm sure EMA knew how completely screwed they were...and I bet everyone at EMA right now are white as ghosts knowing that their dirtball games are about to come full circle on their butts as karma works its magical course cheers!
