GM rstar, what an amazing fact based 25 pages of crystal clear evidence VYST's legal team just provided the judge/court with right buddy!

I mean talk about professional as it gets AND proof positive of how completely screwed EMA is for foolishly filing such an obvious blatantly corrupt dog crap action in the 1st place wherein they have flagrantly abused the SEC's securities laws and attempted to stupidly use the courts for additional corrupt means!

EMA is beyond totally screwed and as Luke so brilliantly posted last night...it's apparent that EMA's threatening insolvency in a foolish attempt to not have to pay VYST back for what the VYST crystal clear facts/evidence provided essentially prove they stole from VYST!

So EMA clearly recognizes how completely screwed they are...and I'm sure they're crapping themselves right now knowing how screwed they are for being so blatant and outrageous in the 1st place right cheers!
