badshah, with that VYST vs EMA clarity...

First, respectfully, it's Sterling and not Steve. People read my codename of stervc and somehow sees it as Steve.

Of course we'll have to see what the judge rule, but those VYST transactions done by EMA are from an SEC registered Transfer Agent. In my opinion, it's very very clear to me and I am very very confident that it will be very very clear to the judge.
