Yeppers Cache! Talk about a total and complete smack down by VYST over EMA! That's 1 of the most professional and detailed proof post evidence trails any of us ever could've imagined VYST providing the court...and EMA is about to get some very well deserved self-inflicted karma served all because they got carried away with all the foolish court action games they started launching on OTC companies last year!

It's just amazing to me that EMA would be this blatantly stupid, because it clearly wasn't enough for them to scam the transfer agent into allowing them over conversions in the 1st place! The fact that they would then have the gall to try to con the court into issuing a total phony baloney judgement in hopes that VYST wouldn't get attorney representation to the court house on time just goes to show how corrupt some of these dirtball penny funders get when they think the rules and regulations don't apply to them...and I for one can't wait to see karma and justice served since EMA clearly doesn't think the SEC rules apply to them, let alone the fact that they just tried to con the USA court system for good measure!

I don't know what EMA can even do at this point to avoid getting themselves in very hot water with the SEC...but it's all 100% self-inflicted because they knew exactly what dirty game they were playing when they foolishly ran to the court house with such a blatantly fraudulent and corrupt action in the 1st place...so I definitely don't feel any pity for them whatsoever and just hope that they're forced to pay VYST back all the money they stole from them from knowingly over converting!
