VYST just provided a slam dunk to the judge and now EMA better hope that the SEC doesn't come calling, because if they do, EMA is totally screwed for blatantly over converting and then foolishly trying to con a court with such outrageous and blatantly false allegations!!!

And I've gotta admit, I'm blown away impressed with VYST's sheer professionalism clearly exhibited in their detailed 25 pages of evidence which makes a completely mockery of the idiotic action EMA filed in the 1st place!!!

It's just another proof positive sign of the pedigree of the mgmt. team involved here at VYST and their no nonsense approach to dealing with any unexpected hurdles thrown in their path...as the way VYST just legally put EMA in checkmate is a testament to their character and ability to lay the smack down on any dirtball penny funder that foolishly thinks they can screw them over with typical dirtball penny funder games!!!
