Thanks Raven and the overall conclusion is that VYST just provided overwhelming FACTUAL EVIDENCE that nailed EMA BIG TIME...and now EMA is beyond totally screwed for foolishly filing such a blatantly bogus and downright stupid action in the 1st place! EMA definitely wasn't factoring in what could happen if/when they played their dirtball lawsuit game on the wrong full SEC Reporting PubCo which the 25 pages of VYST evidence clearly proves they did woot-woot>>>
