What gives? you mean what gave. Seems pretty straight forward if you follow all of the bread crumbs, and assess what actually happened with COHO as opposed to what was claimed would happen with COHO in december.
So lets analyze this. The old advice was to hang tight for "big things in the works" and big willies(whatever they are) coming to play in December here at COHO, neither of which actually came to pass with COHO when it was stated they would or otherwise.
The current advice is for everyone to dump their COHO shares now and come back with more money in four months and buy back into COHO. HMMM. Now considering that there has to be a buy for every sell, it sounds like the undertone in the advice is an offer to buy all of our "worthless" COHO shares by encouragement to salvage what little seems to be left, for realized losses. And then we are all to save up our money and come back in four months to pour it all into the second round of buying in and holding our new COHO shares tightly for more empty promises of great deals and big willies coming to play in December.
You'll notice there was even a time frame put on it, as if there is knowledge from the inside. Based on the the analysis of what actually happened, I'd say the crash and catch ATM ran out of shares to convert into cash as the money dried up from over fishing it. And the advice is actually a plea to your senses for a reload of cheap shares or short cover as the pump gets primed for round 2 of operation cash extraction.
Although the SEC uses the words "stock promotion fraud" to describe this behavior and has several pages on their website regarding it and numbers one can call to report it, the behavior is virus like in nature and our best defense here is probably to band together as longs and not buy or sell into such absurdity and come up with a strategy to combat it, educate the board and out this type of behavior to newcomers.
