The Covered Bonds and the WMB Noteholders are NOT the same bonds. The Covered Bonds were supported by actual assets while the WMB Notes, which you supposedly hold, are UNSECURED, ie no backing assets. Yet more fake DD!!!

25.2 Cancellation of Common Equity Interests:.., on the Effective Date, ALL Common Equity Interests shall be deemed extinguished and the certificates and ALL other documents shall be deemed cancelled.
