That letter he posted from the STATE OF CALIFORNIA BUSINESS, CONSUMER SERVICES AND HOUSING AGENCY DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS OVERSIGHT was real though. I'm just not sure what to make of it. It involved activity from 2011-12 and was dated 28 September 2015.
