iMO, the notice the monies were due is considered sufficient notice. Therefore only need further notice if monies delayed.

India was secret for years and the deal got done. Squires is being responsible by not continually announcing updates until deals are done. January update discussed only year ahead for India deal and SM invite to show revolutionary Rec2020 QD Display to OEMS. We're all waiting to hear how that turns out. No, there should be NO notices on this phase until process is complete.
