It's not a retail seller. Most likely some old conversion shares that were included in the float numbers, but not free trading yet.
They haven't showed up but for a few minutes on the level 2 today, but does feel like their presence here. Could be front loaders today though, but doesn't seem as likely. They don't seem willing to go below .0033, so that's a plus. I'm buying still, so whatever is fine by me, float is small. Tick tock.
