When was the vote for VYST to acquire from 58% to 100% of Murida Furniture, Inc dba Rotman's? I see reference to that here on the investorshub message board above, but no date. And did how much, 58%, 100% or somewhere in between?
From what I can tell, VYST is public but Murida/Rotman's is private. Is this the case, and if so, are we talking a reverse merger, and if so when and where is that sourced?
