IMHO the reason is the company has added over 30 million shares (post split) price to the OS since March 13th 2018.

Lets say the average price is xxxx a share since March 13th :

Does that mean the company has spent roughly xx million in the past 11 months ?

IF so what assets have they occured in the past 11 months ?

what is the asset value minus the 13 million in current long term debt ?

What has the company received in exchange for the issued 30 million shares since March 13th 2018 ?

What is the value or cost to shareholders regarding the newly issued 30 million shares ?

These questions would be great for the upcoming CC IMHO
