Following discussions with BioCann Pharma Group and their Head of Corporate Finance, your Current Directors can now confirm that during this week, shareholders should expect the following:

i) The first BioCann Pharma Group Executive being appointed to the GNCC Board; and

{{{{{{ii) No less that 2 (Two) initial detailed Press Releases prepared by BioCann Pharma Group and verified and approved by the Current Directors of GNCC; being

iii) The Current Directors cannot possibly issue a BioCann Press Release tomorrow,
Monday March 3, 2019; solely due to time differences and travel schedules. We only mention this as a number of shareholders appear to expecting a Press Release tomorrow.
