If I may? The SVM formula cannot be integrated and modified with another algorithm, when Health Discovery Corporation has exclusive rights to it. If the basis of any instructing algorithm functions on top of the underlying SVM in the layer, any modification as a component to it does not preclude an infringement. The "new" algorithm would not function independent of the underlying SVM. The exclusive right still belongs to Health Discovery Corporation. Health Discovery Corporation has already prevailed, since Intel tried to do the same thing -- and lost. Thank you.
