I think the share price briefly went sub penny before the run up to mid 30 cents and this was not long AFTER a reverse split and subsequent share price beat down. Any investors who tried to recoup losses from the reverse split by throwing good money after bad were able to get thousands of shares for what looked like bargain prices only to be wiped out by another reverse split and share price beat down.
