May i tell you what happened to the last Unique Pizza & Sub store.
It was located in West Covina CA. and owned and operated by Mr. Kevin Cruz Serrano, it closed.
BUT !
Mr.Kevin Serrano then opened UNIQUE TAP HOUSE in a so called 50/50 partnership with UPZS. (He never paid a franchise fee )
Mr. Kevin Serrano Mother SANDRA DORAN loaned CREDO VENTURES LLC $495,000
to open the Tap House Sports Grill. ( Kevin dropped UNIQUE from it's name ?)
Last week Mr. James Vowler decided that he / UPZS will not honor the SANDRA DORAN note.
