VRUS! 10% (OWED) is not 40% ownership, reason & logic!
Waldo owes VRUS 10%. 10% of what... not even Waldo knows...but as an investor, when I find Waldo, I will make him pay.
BTW, a form 3 is used to report anyone who owns AT LEAST 10%. 40% might just be more than 10%.
