What is stated is that their $72M claim was assigned to Class 19 and that's it. It doesn't state that they received Markers along with the monetary claim. I'm not sure why people automatically assumed that happened. Just more message board theories that don't hold water.

25.2 Cancellation of Common Equity Interests:.., on the Effective Date, ALL Common Equity Interests shall be deemed extinguished and the certificates and ALL other documents shall be deemed cancelled.
