Jared Dermont is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in M&A and Restructuring & Recapitalization advisory. Mr. Dermont has over 20 years of financial services experience advising companies, equity investors, creditors and government entities across a broad range of industries and geographies. His domestic and cross-border M&A experience includes both buy-side and sell-side assignments as well as Special Committee representations. Mr. Dermont’s financing expertise includes senior secured debt financings, DIP financings, exit financings, second lien loans, convertible notes, rights offerings, preferred stock investments and common equity investments. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Dermont was a Managing Director at Rothschild, Inc. where he focused on global M&A and restructuring transactions.
