That questioner was me, BTW. Initially, the NGIO dividend was only to the 26M shareholders and that was to be about 10%. Since the Veneto deal was closed on before the NGIO dividend, they are now entitled to the dividend on their about 6M shares, so that brings all shareholders 26M + 6M, now to 6% of the NGIO, as I think I understand it.

However Joe kept going back to 100M or 200M shares in the capital structure and that is not what I was asking. I simply wanted to know how many shares were dividend on the payable date? That answer should have been 26M + 6M divided by 4, so about 8M shares of NGIO dividend in certificate book entry form. At least that is what I expected.
