there is nothing "owed" to prefs/commons beyond the WMIH shares that have been distributed



That is absolutely false. Prefs/commons are owed a "Fair and Reasonable, meaningful recovery" as MW and Edgar proclaimed in their marketing. WAMUQ = 3 cents isn't that.

Thanks to the many who are turning the heat on the Professionals and letting them know we're watching and waiting on F&R.
