Well I would thing there are easier ways to get exposure
For bizright /. Bzrth without creating a shareholders lawsuit.
Bizright easily could of gone public on the Nasdaq themselves .
You forget there are 3 other deals. Hydro4less , sky and budlife .
This is not a bad business plan just a bad execution .
Shares were issued out and a pressure release And 10 q stating
This quarter .

we are back on track with recognizing revenue going forward.
And the last quarter we start some revenue .

The deal looks to be completed and it does not matter
If the share price is 2 cents or 30 cents . The deal was written
At 8 cents last year . Bizright knows the true valuation as their
Accountants or underwriters set the price . They can't control
The stock price .

I'm not sure what investors are not hearing
I can see lack of trust but jimmy exercises options
To buyout the rest of biz to make sure this deal
Goes thru . That all that matters here
