Decisions will not come down for cases heard from that date forward, until late Spring early Summer.

If judge K. reveals himself to be the beer swilling, overly emotional dickhead he revealed himself to be in his hearings, Roberts will take note and become a swing vote for the liberal wing no less than he was in the ACA vote.
