You do realize that the lawsuits began when the New York Stock Exchange made certain allegations against the company indicating that there business model was not, for all intents and purposes, true.
So shareholders got anger when they share price sold down and then got de listed.
Now that the New York Stock Exchange has admitted fault and the shares are once again listed and moving up, I don't believe the lawsuit will have Merit. You can't sue IGC for something IGC was found innocent of.
