All seriousness though, it will be really interesting, reading the papers from VYST in this response. I'm popping the popcorn until we see this PPS sky rocket!
I'm interested in the notes and if they were paid off or attempted to.
From there I'm interested in the interpretation of the contract of the note or notes themselves.
Also interested in how EMA thinks it can get a 4 million dollar cash fee for allegedly faulting on an 80k note.
Also interested if VYST is counter suing and what for, or if they Are simply responding to prove it was paid and EMA needs to pay the shares back. (Mean while the shares skyrocket)
