A whole year for Piers to receive their money in case of mistakes??? Piers payment has already been sent out with some persons having already received their payment. As far as the LT is concerned Tranche 4 is done so i'm not sure what you are even talking about.

25.2 Cancellation of Common Equity Interests:.., on the Effective Date, ALL Common Equity Interests shall be deemed extinguished and the certificates and ALL other documents shall be deemed cancelled.
