IMHO Rosen didn't act in our behalf at all, changing the POR after it had been court approved! And especially when he had to ld the underwriters only a few months prior they were only gonna get their 24 mill$ calim and it was gonna be unsecured and then even told em to take a hike!!!!!!!!!

YET there they are now in OUR EQUITY position and with NO CAP on thier 72 mill $$ claim!!!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS imho the UST JOB and he missed the fact when it was done just like THE JUDGE was never informed of this action
