I voted AGAINST or NO for all of my 84,300 shares. They have kept us in the dark FAR FAR too long for me to give them free reign over my remaining value in their “company “.
They probably have the upper hand on this thing, the way they pay themselves with company “free” stock.
They haven’t been transparent with SHAREHOLDERS nor the business plan at all. They have actually said one thing , and done another for over two years!!! Trust is gone from my side. I don’t know if we can send them a loud enough message but we better try!! They punched me and many other shareholders below the belt with all their bull.
They need to show progress with product and not putting off tests. Results, if they ACTUALLY have any , will bring PPS up ,..... the correct way to do business!!!
