Yes...Class 18 subordinated creditors needs to be addressed before any distributions can be made to us.

I am only aware of the MARTA claim and a Class 17B subordinated claim that comprise these Class 18 claims.

The MARTA claim however needs to be refiled, and the Class 17B claims ("Misrepresentation Claims") are disputed by the WMILT.

25.2 Cancellation of Common Equity Interests:.., on the Effective Date, ALL Common Equity Interests shall be deemed extinguished and the certificates and ALL other documents shall be deemed cancelled.
