just because someone comes to you doesn't mean it's a done deal...you still have to close it--i'll tell you this though...the best sell..is when you can sense pain..you don't have to go into the price issue as hard..and if you can find "pain" in a potential customer...and then show that potential customer that you can make that "pain" go away ...yippee-ki-yay!...it's a done deal..with out dropping the price so--so if circuit city came to them?....lol..lol..that's a sucker play(in a good way)..because it showed their hand to the little guys..lol..lol--i like that one!--thanks sentinel..and best of luck!
