We seen a quick run to $70 here when there was still a chance for the judge to dismiss the whole case in summary judgement...that risk is past now...will be interesting to see what happens here and a spike to 120$ would not shock me in the least. Chit is about to get real..really quick..uncle RICO coming to apply a little extra heat and act as back up if needed..I believe there are numbers out there that can settle all this and put it to bed quickly ;)
