You're right... it could have been a hell of a lot worse. One of the reasons I don't place much credence in polls at this stage of the game.

On the bright side...

Taught myself how to screw today... with a drill. <g>

Practiced on the deck by replacing nails that were popping up. Decks need lots of work. This is just the beginning. Very exciting and lots of fun. I sense a new addiction coming on. Power tools 'R Us... Man, I wish I had the upper body strength to earn my living with physical labor. I had a ball with the drill. Tomorrow I tackle the roof. Feeling unstoppable right now.

I think I'm in big trouble.
