You missed question 8. will common shareholders sue the Gov in any of these possibilities
Nah, I am assuming that there will be lawsuits filed, and that they will all fail. If it takes this much effort to overturn the NWS (and that hasn't even happened yet!), lawsuits by common shareholders over dilution have no chance.
Also, I have yet to see someone cite just what law would be broken by the secondary offering. It can't be the Fifth Amendment. My most pessimistic scenario involves the seniors being cancelled and the warrants never being exercised.
