6 percent annual return isnt bad in this enviorment but I agree new investors will need more..
I think current commons could end up with 10-20 percent of the company but not 1 percent like some have said.
I think this would be a fair deal and yes I would convert JPS to common if I were dictator..

Assuming Fannie is worth 150 billion post recap that equal 12.5 per share per todays common
