Don't be overjoyed yet. The bondholders are owed 17B and if they don't settle for less, there may be nothing left for escrows from the liquidation of those trusts.

Remember that we are at the bottom of the waterfall and shareholders are owed nothing. Our consolation is that TPS is in the same boat with us. I am not saying that we will not be paid but don't expect tens of billions let alone hundreds of billions.
