Nope. Warrant exercise and equity raise are different things. Both are dilutive to current commons.

Tell me, how do you think the companies are going to get from $6B to $150-200B in capital (Otting's words)? And why would Treasury prefer your method over just insisting on a huge common equity capital raise?
