Warrants terms and expiration news link at the bottom! ---------------------------------
IGC warrants IGCIW, is Buying Warrants [ICGIW] a Bad Idea compared to buying the common stocks (IGC aka IGCC]….???? -------------------------------
Lets look at the numbers and Warrants Terms!....
At the close of the market today, Feb26 2019
IGC is trading at $2.12, after hours $2.14 IGCIW is trading at $0.14, no after hours
On Feb19, India Globalization published Expiration and Exercise price for IGCIW!!? According to this news (Link at the bottom of this message)
Warrants Expiration is set to March 8 at 5pm Eastern Exercise price 10 warrants and $50 in exchange for 1 common stock?..... In the same news, in the next para, it states 10 warrants and $5 in exchange for 1 common stock?..
10 warrants at the price of 0.14=$1.40+$5= $5.14?, why would anybody pay a whopping $5.14 for a common share that you can buy right now for $2.12????? or by next week the common shares will trade at 5 or above 5?? Lol!!!
and if the first para is correct, then you have to surrender 10 warrants and top it off with another $50 in exchange for 1 common stock, this is totally absurd and ridiculous, may be there is a error in the additional dollars, its got to be 5 dollars and not 50!?…
in Both cases, warrants are more expensive than buying or holding a common shares!??...
If anyone do not agree with this, make your point? did we (warrants holders) all just made a blunder in buying warrants. thereby loosing more than 50%.
Or if the above numbers and figures are wrong????…..
