From AAL's 10-K report issued Feb 25th 2019: "February 12,2019,in accordance with the approval granted by the Bankruptcy Court on December 6, 2018, an aggregate of approximately 17.3 million shares of AAG common stock were distributed from the Disputed Claims Reserve to former AMR shareholders and convertible note holders. After giving effect to this distribution, the Disputed Claims Reserve holds approximately 7.2 million shares of AAG common stock."
