When we had 413 million shares and FAR more debt, and did not include the New 2500 acres of farmland, we had a share price of .0393 as a high. We increased the shares 3 times so divide .0393 by 3 =.0131 just from that alone is 4.7 times higher than right now!!!
As you can see the dilution for the longs was equivalent to a reverse split AND the PRICE going down.
