Unless I've missed something, I don't believe 5BARz has been mentioned independently (corroborated) by any of the other players on their own websites or by issuing their own or a joint press release. Kaynes Technologies being the exception. We still do not know who the entity is that has placed the 5 million unit order for ROVRs even from the 10K.

That said, we have an audited 10K with a lot of names and details. Anyone that reads pages 22 through 27 of the 10K can't help but come away with the idea that 5BARz has developed some very special technology and an equally impressive marketing plan. The balance sheet is still a wreck and they have a few lawsuits hanging around, but the potential of the tech. if fully implemented, will render those things TRIVIAL.
