that's my thinking..if this was looking like a dilution nightmare cause of notes..or a scam play in general..I'd be out for sure...but this I believe is different...RS's are fine depending on the Co's actions going forward...best case I had scene was a RS on a .10 stock that opened at 2$..peeps got scared panic sold it to .70 ..it hit 35$ with 3 months I believe it was once they started announcing contracts.
