No, in that case you would see a change in AS with that amendment and it's called a stock split. This amendment is called a reverse stock split, so it is a real RS. And it was to be expected. When a company decreases te AS and offers shares at .68 while the PPS is much lower, you know a RS will follow. Question is how big it will be.
