Shaark, a lot of changes were adopted reference this practice years ago and if we don't see some clarity real soon, someone will be looking into this matter on my behalf. In the meantime, I'm preparing to seek damages and lawyer fees. This is the SEC responsibility to stop these practices when they happen and I have seen it done a handful of times.
