False, EVTI has never been anything other than a P&D.

EVTI is severely past due in their filings, They’re in serious jeopardy of being suspended, with good reason. Hopefully the unaware aren’t victimized by EVTI again.

CEO Giguiere has been charged by the SEC and remains under investigation.
