I think the best scenario at this point is probably for the entire company to be sold. Even if they hadn't filed BK, they would have sold Ceplene and partnered Bertilimumab, so they wouldn't have had much left after that. And they would have needed to raise more money to continue. Considering they had 2 parties wanting to buy Ceplene and were already in term sheets with a partner for Bertitlimumab, maybe they can put together a larger transaction with one or more of these other parties to bundle the assets together and sell the whole thing. Again, the debts showing were about 19 million, but if you remove the 3 million to Meda that Vector was going to payoff, that's only 16 million in debt. It certainly seems they can get more than that for everything.
