What delays? To my knowledge the company has not provided any dates for when anything would be released and frankly they wouldn't be able to anyway as it is somewhat out of their control.

And a PR stating that the audit is ongoing and 8k released when complete would not do anything for the share price.

Idea that a company needs to constantly PR items is why pink sheet traders are a special bunch.
