Who said anything about money or distribution. I have always been talking about post POR, discharge and exit of BK. I dont expect a penny within the POR unless its for the reissuance of the subdebt back to the CTs. I will take that when on average per case studies the range is from about 10-50% of RV. I will take than but prefer my other option.
