he said "write a check and deposit it you wont have anymore money than you did" which is true, but im not understanding why he is saying lehman did that.

is it because lehman wants less debt when they discharge to make it seem like a job well done? it can't be because i remember joe said all the was already finalized or something like that, in other words he said it didnt matter, i have to find the post. regardless that cant be the case.
